How to Enter

Step 1 -Complete the Entry Form

Submit your entry using the official online entry form and pay your entry fees.

Step 2 -Project Drop-Off / Check-In

All exhibit entries must be dropped off between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and all animal entries must be checked in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, on the Thursday before the fair.
No late entries will be accepted.

Step 3 -Pick-Up / Release Rule

Pick-up times are posted on the Schedule page.
No animals or projects will be released until the superintendent has inspected the area and confirmed it is clean.

Entry Fees

All entries are $1.00 per entry.

Potluck Dinner (4-H Exhibitors Only)

For registered fair participants only. Details are included in the registration/entry form.
